I don't know how anybody can assess this as reasonably good service here? They're so slow, unmotivated, and they can't think on just the basics. The one and only person waiting on customers. She had no idea how to set the coffee grinder for a french press grind? You've got to be kidding me. The machine has marked settings, no? I had to wait several minutes for her to make one other person's drink. And, the employee can not multi-task with more than one customer at a time. They're getting a raise in wages, too. Staff took 15 minutes to make my drink due to chatting with coworkers. And my drink was made completely wrong

The service was the worst. Came 12/28 around 3:50pm. Two younger girls, looked like high schoolers, were so rude. First off had to keep waiting for them to finish their conversation to get help. Then I asked if the passion tea lemonade was caffeine free and she said no nothing is caffeine free excerpt lemonade sorry. So I got my daughter a lemonade instead come to find out by looking it up it is caffeine free. My husband said as soon as I turned around she would rolled her eyes and made a face at me to the other girl. Best p... read more
