*EDIT* I do feel like this location has done a good job of turning around the service back to how it used to be. I havent run into any issues since the personal cup debacle. Don't order with your personal cup here, the staff will complain about you right in front of you, get rude when you hand them your cup; and then tell you that they don't want to do personal cup orders when they're 'busy' (which they were not). So just wanted a little pick me up and decided to go to Starbucks. Idk why I do that to myself should have just went somewhere else to begin with. My order is very simple compared to what some people get I wanted a shaken espresso with 2 pumps of vanilla, 3 pumps hazelnut, carmel drizzle and one scoop of vanilla bean with cold foam… not sure how that’s so hard to do. Caramel Frappuccino doesn’t even taste like coffee. They served me with a doubled cup because they cracked the first cup so it wouldn’t leak . Worker eating cake pop right in front of the coffee machine at 2:40 pm today . Very unprofessional workers.
