I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for decades, yet when I tried to use the restroom here, they refused because I hadn’t ordered something at that moment. despite having bought my coffee earlier this morning. Rude staff and terrible service. Maybe it’s because this is the only standalone location in Jefferson City besides the one in Target.
Terrible as always. Will NEVER be back to this location. SPECIFICALLY ordered a late with no foam. Was served a venti with an inch and a half of foam in the cup. Lates are supposed to have a skim after milk on top NOT an inch and a half of from. Will be submitting a complaint to corporate when done with this review. Use this location at your own risk. Go to the starbucks INSIDE Hyvee if you want to experience quality service and product.
