Ive been through the drive through twice both times my order was messed up service was bad person on the window was rude when i told them they made my order wrong.
I don’t know what it is about the workers here, but when I tell you, it seems like it’s the most incompetent types. They continuously speak over you while you’re in the drive-through. I don’t know if it’s the cheap microphone that they have for the system, but they always have to say what, what, what And then you tell them not to do something, and they still do it It blows my mind. *EDIT* I do feel like this location has done a good job of turning around the service back to how it used to be. I havent run into any issues since the personal cup debacle. Don't order with your personal cup here, the staff will complain about you right in front of you, get rude when you hand them your cup; and then tell you that they don't want to do personal cup orders when they're 'busy' (which they were not). So sad, this place used to be my favorite but they have officially lost a loyal customer who has been going week... read more
