This morning, I visited a Starbucks and observed that the employees were concealing the teddy bear cups they were unwilling to sell. They claimed to be out of stock, but in reality, they did have them.
I visited this Starbucks location today and had an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. After placing my order, I watched the barista make drinks for two customers who ordered after me before even starting mine. When she finally called out my drink, she announced the wrong type of drink and walked away without confirming or correcting the mistake.
