FRANKIE a manager from another store was rude and nasty to customers and staff today 1- 12 -26. Will call back at 2:30 and talk to corporate.
The morning crew doesn't deserved this job.. very Rude, arrogant and not professional.. no customer service at all.. they are gossiping a lot and avoiding to serve the customer. Not good for the business.. I wish they can do better.. I hope the manager will take action and train this employees the right way.. if not there's nothing else I can do..no good.. I need to avoid this store then..
Rude server. Asked for our order then turned around and walked away to serve someone else. Loud music. 3 requests to turn it down went on deaf ears. It's not a nightclub.
Employee (male with a tattoo sleeve and glasses) at the window was kinda rude. felt like he was rushing me on the window and tone came off as a little condescending. i asked him to give me a minute to reload my card, but he kept repeating the total as if i didn’t hear him.
The music was sow loud in here they had to take my order 4 times and still got it wrong. I was expecting to see a disco ball and go go dancers, even when I got my order I had to ask for a sleeve and the employee just said hu! I asked again and she said no Steve doesn't work in the morning.
