Terribly slow rude and condescending old woman training a young girl. We waited in line for 12 minutes while this old lady was chatting with someone. No hot chocolate tho... so I was in line for nothing
The girl must have been new and I give her that but she didn’t even make the right drink. And I decided to just let it go but even then that drink had no flavor and was not good
Served tea scolding hot. So hot that the cup began to melt. I asked for it to be remade, they said they cannot control the temperature which is fine. The cup was melting, I had just requested a tea to be remade with some cold water. They decided to throw ice on top of an already full drink with an attitude. Didn’t bother to empty it out, but overfilled the cup. Thanks guys.
