Akesia is consistently the best. Every time I visit this Starbucks she’s bright and extremely sweet and friendly. It really does brighten my day every time and she’s very memorable. Sometimes the vibes in the store are just great sometime just fine, really depends on the hours. I do appreciate that they have sit down space.

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on with Starbucks. You’re pushing this Coconut & Ube drink everywhere — posters, displays, in-store ads — making it look like the highlight of the season. You build up the hype, you make people want it. So I walk in, ready to order… and what do I hear? “We don’t have it.” Are you serious? It’s not late at night. It’s not closing time. I tried buying my coffee here ones and the staff seems to be not willing to make the coffee. I had placed 3 orders and two of those orders are not available according to the staff. Good thing there’s a Starbucks nearby this place. I don’t recommend buying here.
