I LOVE it here. Super friendly staff who are great at multi-tasking while doing what they need to do while making sure customers are happy. Best one in town.
The lady working the drive thru tried charging me for a pup cup? Never heard of that before.
I've ordered the same drink a 100 times when I went in today. It was made wrong. Instead of just offering to add what they left out, they had to correct me and make me feel stupid, instead of owning up to their mistakes. Usually I would just let this go, but it really did upset me. They have no idea whats going on in people's day to day life and taking the thirty extra seconds to fix it can mean the difference between someone having a good morning and someone not.
