Rude period. Blonde tattoo covered barista had a 15 minute conversation with customer and couldn’t make drinks at the same time, snapped when I asked where me drink was. Barista (mngr I think) yet again having 15 minute conversation was blocking to isle from seats to food. Three times I had to say excuse me to even get by. She didn’t get it. I hardly ever go to this location, even though it’s closer to my home for these reasons in a few others PASS. Worst Starbucks location in CastleRock.
Ordered an oat milk cappuccino with two pumps of vanilla in the drive thru. They put in five. Disgustingly sweet and pretty frustrating, since my order was not complicated and the barista did not repeat my order back to me to make sure they hadnit right. Used to be a loyal Starbucks customer, well it really seems like they don't care about quality anymore. Disappointing.

I like to drink coffee with no cream and sugar and Starbucks coffee taste the worse, it's bitter and burned. Most people that go to Starbucks get mixed drinks with cream and sugar. They are not drinking their plain coffees. I like the taste of coffee. Honestly anywhere you go has better coffee, even seven eleven coffee taste better then Starbucks coffee, Dunkin donuts, Einstein, coffee taste much better
