The lady working the drive thru tried charging me for a pup cup? Never heard of that before.
I've ordered the same drink a 100 times when I went in today. It was made wrong. Instead of just offering to add what they left out, they had to correct me and make me feel stupid, instead of owning up to their mistakes. Usually I would just let this go, but it really did upset me. They have no idea whats going on in people's day to day life and taking the thirty extra seconds to fix it can mean the difference between someone having a good morning and someone not.
Rude period. Blonde tattoo covered barista had a 15 minute conversation with customer and couldn’t make drinks at the same time, snapped when I asked where me drink was. Barista (mngr I think) yet again having 15 minute conversation was blocking to isle from seats to food. Three times I had to say excuse me to even get by. She didn’t get it. I hardly ever go to this location, even though it’s closer to my home for these reasons in a few others PASS. Worst Starbucks location in CastleRock.
