HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! The manager of this areas Starbucks JESSICA BALLESTEROS (who proudly leaves her business card in the lobby) is forcing this location to stay open and serve customers during an ACTIVE ANT INFESTATION!! What is going on with the drive thru??? Why had it been extremely slow and inefficient lately?
Saege is great! My mobile order wasn’t ready, but he started it right away while making what it looked like 7 drinks at once, taking an order in the drive-thru, and still engaging with me. He even remembered me from a while ago and asked about my job. Excellent multitasker. Starbucks needs more like him!
