Sadly this Starbucks is a skip if you are in a hurry or want your order correct. Waited in drive thru for 20 min, drinks were incorrect, and when I asked about fixing the mistake, they made no attempt to make it right.
Hard to find friendly staffs & good drinks/food
I frequent many Starbucks throughout the United States. I am a Starbucks App user. When I walk into a Starbucks, I, like many customers expect to be acknowledged. Yeah, yeah, I know, I ain't the King of Saudi Arabia. But just a simple hey, how you doing. Or hello, what can I get you today. (Always use open ended questions with customers) Or like some Starbucks, my favorites, they say Bienvedo, Italian for Welcome. It's great, you walk in and all the workers yell Bienvedo.
