I frequent many Starbucks throughout the United States. I am a Starbucks App user. When I walk into a Starbucks, I, like many customers expect to be acknowledged. Yeah, yeah, I know, I ain't the King of Saudi Arabia. But just a simple hey, how you doing. Or hello, what can I get you today. We did drive thru while visiting
This has been my workweek coffee spot for a long time, but this will change. The new management and team are horrible. Today's experience was especially bad with having to wait 25 minutes for just an americano. On top of that, the staff were dismissive, rude, and one even raised her voice when asked about my order.
Placed a online order. Got in line a few minutes early because there was 3 cars ahead of us. Took 24 mins to get to the window. They handed us our frap which was melted halfway. We asked nicely if they could remake and the young hispanic girl laughed at us and slammed the window shut. You could see her lauging and micking us. A guy came back with our drink and i asked if I could have her name and he said starbucks policy is that they cant give names out. I dropped my car off for service and walked across the street to enjoy a hot beverage and snack. I received a phone call and wasn't paying attention when placing my drink down. It hit the floor! 😔 I let the staff know what happened and they were on the clean up right away and provided me with another drink! The staff members were very kind and attentive with my embarrassing situation. It just so happened that a Starbucks District Manager was there and saw what happened.
