I dropped my car off for service and walked across the street to enjoy a hot beverage and snack. I received a phone call and wasn't paying attention when placing my drink down. It hit the floor! 😔 I let the staff know what happened and they were on the clean up right away and provided me with another drink! Made my drink wrong, asked for it to be remade, after I told them what it should be instead of what the sticker said since she typed it in wrong, it was made wrong again. It’s fine because it tasted good! Food was good, super busy- everything still came out in a very timely manner! Had to ask for bakery items after all drinks were made but weren’t trying to be rude because it was so busy. 10/10 service! Handled the rush very well! Thanks for the employees that showed up!
I’m from out of state and I’ve never had a Starbucks be like this. They got our order wrong, and after waiting asked us what we were waiting on and when we told them we got our drink. You shouldn’t have to ask the customer what they are waiting on it’s your responsibility to know the orders of each car. Especially on top of making the drink incorrectly
Probably worse Starbuck in Carson City Avoid at all costs Been to this location many times in morning hours When you enter store they do not acknowledge you in anyway They usually have 5 or 6 employees working But these employees seem more intent on conversing with each other than asking what your order is Most times I have to ask if I can order They don't seem to care if you are there to get coffee or not When you do ask to be helped, they give you attitude for bothering them They can't get it through their head they are th... read more
