More concerned about cleaning for inspection tomorrow than customer service. Telling all the customers they are cleaning for inspection and trying to dust right over peoples head while sitting trying to enjoy coffee.
I ordered a grande hot matcha latte at this airport location. When I opened the cup, it was less than half full. I understand airport locations are busy, but paying full price for half a drink is highly disappointing. Please ensure proper fill levels for customers on the go.
Awful experience. Hire more employees and staff better. Waiting 30 minutes for one drink when people need to catch flights is a disservice to the Starbicks brand.
This is the absolute worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Everyone who works here is in slow motion...and its in an airport. Just terrible.
Spent $5.00 for a simple black coffee, no special requests, just a cup of coffee. Never got it. Thank you Starbucks for the $5.00 lesson where to never buy coffee again.
