On February 27, I ordered a venti iced matcha latte through the app (I always request light ice). When I picked it up, a little less than half of the cup was liquid and more than half was foam. Ordered ahead and it was so slow. Came in and waited another 15 minutes before it was done.
This place is consistently incredibly slow. My two drinks took 30 minutes to receive. My order for 2 drinks was placed at 10:43 am and we received the drinks at 11:13am. This review has nothing to do with the staff. They were awesome, kind and made great drinks. They are however seriously short staffed. And whatever level of management not owning this issue needs to step it up.
