Ordered ahead and it was so slow. Came in and waited another 15 minutes before it was done.
This place is consistently incredibly slow. My two drinks took 30 minutes to receive. My order for 2 drinks was placed at 10:43 am and we received the drinks at 11:13am. This review has nothing to do with the staff. They were awesome, kind and made great drinks. They are however seriously short staffed. And whatever level of management not owning this issue needs to step it up.
I want to share this delightful experience. I have an allergy to cows milk (not severe) and asked the baristas if the flavor mixer in the pumpkin spice latte contains milk. They retrieved the mixer container to review allergy information and confirmed the pumpkin spice flavoring does in fact contain skim milk.
