They are always closing before time, even if you get there at 7:30 pm and you there is NONE in the store they are gonna come up with a excuse and tell you they won’t have time. WORST customer service ever!!!&
I used to go here all the time a couple years ago in school and the service was great then, had a guy who knew me by face and had my order memorized, he was awesome. recently the service has been really terrible. I typically order ahead in the app so I know there should be no way of miscommunication, but somehow almost every time my order comes out entirely wrong. I've gotten there 10 minutes after placing my order for a single drink, seen it empty of customers, and still had to wait 5-10 more minutes just watching the baris... read more

My daughter got a Starbucks gift card for her bday. So we went here so she could spend it today. Sierra was her barista and she was soo sweet. My daughter was raving about her long after we left. And says it made her day. Her energy is amazing. And she made the experience really personable for my daughter. For my preteen to be raving about customer service shows just how amazing it was. Sierra thank you for your upbeat attitude and for making my daughter feel special🤍!
