I have been here a few times now. Every time I go to this Starbucks, the baristas are so cheerful and kind. This morning, the barista, Jacob C., was very polite and had a smile that made my morning! My drinks usually taste as they should from this Starbucks. This morning, my cold foam tasted strange so maybe the other barista made it incorrectly or one of the ingredients are getting bad, who knows. This Starbucks is not usually very busy at all!
The drinks and food itself are good. The workers all together are to slow. There should be at least one fast person with a slow person. It takes 30 minutes with three people in line to get your drink. I’ve watched them walk around while there’s 7 people waiting for drinks. One went to the back to text! Do better!!!
Every time I go to this establishment I never get served the employees are to busy on their phones or complaining that it’s time to leave n disappear while there’s a line of customers waiting to b served also was there on 10/24/23 while a manager was there n the only person in line they never acknowledged my presence or tried to say we’ll b Wright with u
