I recently started coming to this location since it’s closer to my home. A handful of times I’ve placed my order ahead of time, but when I arrive, it’s still not ready—even when the store isn’t busy. Instead of preparing multiple drinks at once, the employees seem to work on just one order at a time, often chatting instead of focusing. This is disappointing because I never had this issue at the Starbucks near Walmart, where the team is always hustling and multitasking.
