I have come to this location couple of times and everytime the employees look miserable and not happy to be there. Also, the employees don't know what's on the menu or what's in the drink. He wanted to charge me for chocolate cream when it comes with the drink that I order which is the trenta chocolate cream cold brew. They need to know the menu before putting them on register.
As far as Starbucks go, the one in Kerman is awesome. They are always really friendly and get my food or drinks out in good time. And they are always as I order them.
I used to be a loyal customer and visited almost every day, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in customer service. I wont be back.
