I’ve been coming here for a few months… I’ve felt so welcomed in the past but recently it’s nothing like that. And as someone in the industry. It’s sad. Watered down drinks, I don’t care if it’s close to closing you have no excuse to serve me lemonade which is grossly watered down and undrinkable, also “forget” to put any lemonade in my gf’s ice tea lemonade. This is a constant issue over many locations so idk what I expected please investigate management either they’re not doing their jobs or they must encourage and enable this lazy and unacceptable service.
Order taker was great. Barista was kind of snotty when I asked her to fill my nitro to grande line. She said it is. I disagreed and she then filled it to where it should have been. At current prices I am entitled to a full size that I paid for.
i come to this starbucks every single day and almost every single time my order is either wrong or they gave me something different than what i ordered for my food item. i’m over this location, they clearly do not care about their customers and loyal customers who continue to support their baristas and buisness.
