I’ve never had issues at this Starbucks until today, which is why this was disappointing. I wasn’t informed that an ingredient in my original drink had been changed. That’s fine — things happen. I called and asked if I could come back to have it fixed, and Jenny said yes. When I returned, I ended up getting a Pink Drink instead of the iced chai latte with oat milk and cold foam I originally ordered due to the ingredient change. Updated Review to 1 Stars 15Feb2026 This is the second (9am morning Uber Eats order) occasion of having diarrhea and now vomiting 🤢 after consuming the egg, white, bacon and cheddar sandwich. Whether this is a vindictive female employee who mistakenly swore I met her before to remake a drink, it must be handled differently. A report has been made to the appropriate authority regarding the food borne illness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, until conclusion of the investigation.
