Unfortunately, the quality has declined over the past several months. The food warmer has been broken for what seems like months, so many breakfast and lunch items aren’t available. I understand that equipment issues happen, but this has been an ongoing problem without any apparent resolution. For a Starbucks located in a busy hospital, it’s disappointing to consistently have such limited food options. I hope management addresses the issue soon and restores the level of service customers have come to expect.
The staff are always kind and create a welcoming atmosphere. Hard to find restaurants/cafes that are on par with the service provided here.
