ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! I walked in on 9/10 @ 6:00 AM to buy some things and I noticed the Starbucks sign was off so I figured she was closed so I did my shopping for about 15 minutes. My experience at this Starbucks was very disappointing. The area is very dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained, which is especially unpleasant for a place where food and beverages are served. However, the worst part was the customer service. I simply asked for a cup of water with ice. There was ice available in the store, but the employee told me that the only thing they could offer me was tap water without ice. This girl whose name is Zah’Nae took my order and was very dismissive with me, I stood for like a minute waiting because I wanted a drink before work, she didn’t even greet with a “hello, how are you?” Or anything, I was very confused but brushed it off , but she’s the same girl that is joking around with her coworkers but when it comes to the customers it’s like she doesn’t wanna be here..

The lady working at the Harris Teeter Starbucks this morning was so kind and pleasant. I will definitely return here for coffee in the future! Coffee was hot and fresh as well.
