Purchased a chai tea and it was more milk than chai.
Visited this Starbucks at 4221 Corners Pkwy, Raleigh, NC and had a very disappointing experience. I noticed a staff member washed her hands but did not dry them before handling drinks. Both our coffee and matcha were handed to us with visibly wet paper cups and wet lids, which raises serious hygiene concerns. On top of that, the matcha drink was very poorly made. Ordered hot chai tea soy milk no water. Got a green Chai with soy and lots of water. Couldn't drink it... it went right down the drain.
