Had the pleasure of stopping here today after my mom, husband and I were done shopping in Kroger. Jabari waited on us. Even though I am a frequent Starbucks customer, Jabari offered some new options and I actually purchased it (along with my regular ). He is such an awesome example of what customer service should be......knowledge, friendly and welcoming. Whenever I am in town again I will make it a point to stop here. And its all because of Jabari's disposition.
Went to this location on today labor day and they tried but this crew should’ve stayed home for the holiday- the iced pumpkin spice latte was too strong - this isn’t the first drink I’ve had here that is not mixed and prepared well/ this is Starbucks correct?! Brats
My husband was being nice and got me a coffee and this is what they gave him. These are already expensive as it is, this is more of a “treat” I don’t get Starbucks everyday. When I get a coffee i expect it to be filled all the way, especially when everything is so costly.
