My aunt and I went here on a Wednesday night just before closing. Rashauna made the best matcha that I have ever had!!! She was patient with us, friendly, and so kind!
I have been going here since I’ve been a college student and as a long time Brooklynite and I’ve never dealt with rude customer service since today. I ordered two food items and a drink with a male cashier and he asked if I’d wanted a bag, I replied yes and he added the bag tax charge to my order. What’s the point of mobile ordering if I have to wait for the barista to make 2-3 drinks before she can pass me my order? The other day I waited 10 mins so I tried to grab it myself and they yelled at me. That was my last time ordering there. Smith street Starbucks has much better service!
This place have horrible customer service. They all have an attitude. They mess up my order numerous times. It’s not hard to take one order.
No restroom for paying customers *any more*.
