Typical Starbucks. Nothing really special. Ordered a few drinks but didn’t add any ‘tip’ because honestly the cashier didn’t do anything. And that’s when the glaring started. Why should I have to pay for tip when I didn’t receive any service?
UPD: Still a great location, still awesome service. Thanks, Lilith, for remembering my favorite order to the last detail! Excellent location, comfy chairs - and, most of all, the crew is nice, attentive, and professional. Shout-out to Lilith - great barista, great attitude, great Americano.
This place is a complete disappointment. My teenage son went in to buy a simple, cheap coffee, and instead your staff gave him a much more expensive drink and charged $5.70. He clearly didn’t understand the menu, and instead of helping him, your employees took advantage of the situation. This feels dishonest and predatory.
