Quite possibly the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff here is impeccable every time I visit. Always greeted with a friendly face, a smile, and a welcome into the store. The employees here definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I only get to go to this store because I work over, soon that will not be the case as I will be in a different area and knowing I won’t be able to stop by this store for coffee and friendly conversation sucks. I was really disappointed with my cappuccino and cold brew today. It was extremely bitter and unpleasant to drink, as if the espresso was over-extracted or the beans were burnt. However, I have to say that the other drinks I ordered were great, and I usually enjoy Starbucks coffee. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that the quality of the cappuccino will be better next time.
