Couldn’t even pour hot black coffee in a cup to serve to someone.
Glad to see new staff! Service is excellent now. Thank you to who made the necessary changes. Old review: Wow. This review is zero stars for service. The tall female working Sunday morning Nov 28th is horrible. We watched her act like she was cleaning the whipped cream dispenser for close to 10 minutes. They have been great every time I have stopped by! One of the baristas introduced me to my new FAVORITE drink. I almost always get a Almond milk iced matcha and she suggested I add brownsuger to it and it's been a game changer! Such a lovely lady I wish I caught her name but it's been a few months since the recommendation.
