The barista ana has a permanently rude attitude I’ve been to this specific Starbucks multiple times in the early morning and she has consistently messed up my simple order and has had a rude attitude. The afternoon staff is so much more welcoming and consistent with orders.
I came into the store on Sunday and I ordered one Frappuccino, I sat and waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes. Finally a barista noticed that I had been sitting there for a long time and asked me for my order information. I gave it to her then I sat back down and waited for another 10 minutes. Their service times are absolutely horrible. I like all the staff who work at Hoffman estate location off palatine rd. But I'm tired of prices going up every month ! I get a tall pike with a bit of steamed half & half and I just paid over 4.25 for it ! Im done with Starbucks ! They are just ripping people off. I hope more people read this and start to realize they better options than to pay the ridiculous prices Starbucks charges...... Been a longtime customer but have finally hit my breaking point.
The baristas are efficient and personable.
