I love this amazing staff!!! They’re all so friendly and kind. I come every Monday for a treat and my drink is absolutely perfect every time!!
This Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. Michelle, the manager is amazing. She is always so welcoming! The new remodeling they did in the lobby looks phenomenal. My daily shaken espresso is always made to perfection.
Whiny teenagers may complain about this location and their service, however that is due to having to pay instead of being able to loiter in groups. Great staff and atmosphere. Only ones in the wrong are the teens and tweens causing issues and being cheap. Apart from that, it is a large location, upgraded seating is cozy, fast service.
I typically come in every morning half the mornings They never use a clean pitcher. Also, when did it start taking five minutes to make a drink? It’s supposed to take a minute to two minutes. I don’t know where you guys get five minutes for every drink. If we waited five minutes for a drink everybody would be there for an hour. I sat in line for 10 minutes while they made two drinks, which seems a little bit ridiculous. It takes a minute to make a drink, and I know that new barista guy has been there for a couple months now.... read more
