Bien, como casi todo starbucks. Baño limpio, sillas y mesas limpias. Atención rápida y wifi.
La atención fue MUY mala y muy desagradable. El personal NO es para nada amable, te tratan y hablan mal por el simple hecho de no saber muy bien el inglés. La semana pasada el personal se burló de mi mamá y se empezaron a reír en su cara porque no sabía inglés, eso la hizo sentir muy mal y muy humillada, es una TOTAL FALTA DE RESPETO!!! Walked in to ask about allowing my 6 year old to use the restroom and was told i had to buy something for the code, i told them i just made a purchase in another starbucks (which i actually did and i also get doesnt help them but i mentioned it just to show im actually a customer and it was just bad timing. I was told no it doesnt matter you have to purchase something here. Theres some 4 dollar cookies over there you can buy. I walked in asking for a cup of water and I was immediately told I need to order something without even finishing my sentence, the staff made the environment a place I don’t want to be at.
