Bad. 3 baristas. Waited like 15mins for a grande pumkin cold brew while everyone else around me got served and cars continued to be served at drive thru, i sat there for 15mins. Made me late for work. Horrible service. Never again.
My local Starbs is decent. I get the same thing EVERY time. Zero deviation; White Chocolate Mocha Latte. The last month I've been coming every weekend with their 2 for 10 coupon. The taste is just bland. I ask to remake and they do. The remake is exactly the way it's been for years. Why do I have to ask? They're being cheap on the front end hoping most don't bother asking for a remake. My rating was based on my experience when I was ordering to this guy at the register , to be honest I rather order my drinks on the app because sometimes talking to ppl can be unpleasant and this was the case , I was treated in a different way from the other ppl just because I was wearing my uniform
This is a typical Starbucks. But the music is too loud. It is difficult to have a conversation.
I waited in line for a good 15 minutes and I kept saying hello to the speaker. No one answered me and when I got out the window, they told me that they wouldn’t take my order because they simply didn’t care. They didn’t even have no courtesy of apologizing to me
