Just visited at 8:25 pm on 5/25, we ordered an iced caramel macchioto. The first girl handed us a hot coffee, we let them know it was incorrect and they asked if we wanted it free we said no. Second girl came up tried to give us the same hot coffee, we told them again. We than watched the second girl dump the hot coffee into a cup filled with ice shake it then give it to us....needless to say it was still warm. 😂 unfortunately worst experience i have had here it took about 20 minutes or so just for this one coffee.
I only gave a 2 because the barista making my drink was pleasant. I waited 22 min for a cold brew. Again a cold brew. Come on Starbucks. The cost goes up but the service is so god damn terrible.
