The slowest most incompetent Starbucks location in the entire united states. Everyone working is slow as a turtle and on their phones. No management, structure or customer service.
Try your best to avoid this location. Besides the extreme lack of customer service; they never seem to make my order right the “first” time. The line is always wrapped around the corner and they seem to constantly be understaffed. Avoid stopping at this location in the morning!
Waited an hour- just order it drive through
I am very disappointed with the service we received at this Starbucks.The staff were impolite, arrogant, rude, and slow. After making a mistake with our order, the employee did not apologize or attempt to correct the situation—instead, we were treated with disrespect.
