Today July 13th I had a not very good experience I went to pick up an order I asked the employee she told me to wait a few minutes I waited but like 15 and I didn't see anything then I came back and came back and asked her she keeps telling me that more minutes I keep waiting I'll come back now because I got tired and I asked her for the supervisor I don't even know if it was wine and she tells me that each employee has her position and why the employee didn't tell her where I had to go to pick up my order I told her and she... read more

A horrible, rude manager and crap service. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to
I visited this location today and had a terrible experience with management. I made the mobile order at 3:09 pm for one iced drink and 3 cakepops. I proceeded to the drive thru when i arrived at 3:12 and by the time i made it to the window after the long wait, it was 3:44pm! By then the drink was not cold and the ice had melted. No apology for the wait of almost 40 minutes. I dont usually complain, but I felt they should be aware so I called immediately afterward.
