Today’s my birthday and decided to treat myself to a coffee, they got my order wrong then tried to scold me that I didn’t order it right…like fix your speaker so you can hear.
Horrible customer service. The employees were just standing around and completely ignoring me, even though my mobile order was already ready. For some reason, they had placed it on the other side instead of making sure I received it. Very frustrating experience.
Not open on time
Most of the time this Starbucks is great, but my experience on 8/13/2026 between 1–2pm was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order at 1:19pm for a small Frappuccino and a sandwich and arrived about 10 minutes later. I was able to pick up my sandwich immediately, but by 1:40pm my drink still wasn’t ready.
