I was here on Thanksgiving day. It was about to close while I was having my coffee. The barista and I’m not sure what his name is comes over to me and tells me you better leave now and I said please give me less than a minute and I will leave. He said no leave now means now this is a way to talk to customers. Either fire this employee or or have them as bouncers not baristas I never stayed beyond the closing time and I never intended to give anybody a hard time
One of the worst starbucks you will find the wait time on drive thru literally goes to 20-30 mins even if there are two three cars the employees always changing and messing up your order wont suggest anyone to stop by here
First, it took me forever to get through the drive through. Secondly, The person at the window was very rude. I understand people have bad days I understand that working customer service is not easy. I’ve been there, I’ve done that. But you don’t have to be rude if I was not rude to start with. I get if someone is rude to you, please go for it. But not once was I rude until he got rude with me.
I have been coming to this Starbucks for many years. I’m not sure if there’s new management recently but service is slow! Last three times I went my order took 20 minutes. I had to cancel my most recent order as I waited inside and drive thru kept getting served. I’m so disappointed with no accountability from the workers or checking in to see orders. My family and I will take our business elsewhere.
