Kat at the Starbucks in Southpoint Mall is amazing! She was so kind and truly made my day better. She even made sure my name was spelled correctly, which was so sweet and made me feel really special. I always love seeing her when I come to this location — she brings such positive energy every time!
Disappointed and wasted my 18 minutes and at the end found out that they were out of the item I ordered.. very unprofessional barista and the cashier.
