The staff here last week was phenomenal! They had my drink out in record time and it was perfect! I couldn’t ask for anything better, my only regret was not having cash on hand to tip more after I got my drink
Worst customer service and worst employees working here. Both the ladies working there are rude , very rude! Makes faces when we ask about our orders and replies with WHAT when we try to call them saying excuse me. Only left a guy to work all the orders and took over 40min to get 1 drink order
Please hire more people. Still waiting for my one frappuccino for 20 mins
The slowest service ever. We were waiting 40 minutes for the order. The ladies have been rude and claimed that the online orders are pushing our order. Doesn’t make any sense .
