Two female workers and overcrowded store, moving as slow as turtles. Check the cameras, people actually left just from waiting in line. And to make matters worse, both are drinks were completely wrong. we waited over half an hour for 2 drinks!! we had Simple drinks and they were completely wrong, not a little wrong, alot wrong. how do you forget to put the espresso in a latte. We had a drink that was milk and sugar only!! That store should be shut down, retrain all staff and have grand reopening, seriously, it's an embarrass... read more
Coffee was not made to the recipe. They didn't even add any caramel syrup to it.
SB closed several locations in the area which resulted in this location becoming super busy. The associates never skipped a beat. Excellent service, pleasant attitudes and a store manager, Matt, who works along side of them. They go out of their way to know you and acknowledge you. Best SB I’ve been to in a long time.
Worst management ever. Never going back here. Management unable or unwilling to help staff. I pity whoever has to work for this manager.
Kat, the barista was the sweetest person at any Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. She is a gem and this location is lucky to have her represent them during this busy holiday season! Great job, Kat!!
