Didn't fill drinks to the top on all 4 of my drinks and they refused to use my points. Won't be back

This is the best Starbucks! The drinks are always consistent, and the staff is so friendly and nice. I’ve seen them dealing with some truly hectic after-school rushes and they always keep things running smoothly.
They don’t have restroom. One stat for the staff, they were nice
