Best Starbucks around this area. The employees are nice and kind and make some of the best Starbucks drinks. I’ve never had a negative experience here and we come very often.
I come to this drive thru multiple times a week. Normally my matcha is made wrong and I say nothing. Today I told the worker I wasn’t going to drink that like that as the chunks of matcha were swimming in the milk. He said there are nicer ways to say that with a really bad attitude. I’m not too sure where the customer service is and how I’m suppose to ask for my drink to be re made. I wasn’t mean I’m not too sure why I got that answer from him. Way too slow, especially for a drive thru location only. It took 20 mins to get through the line. Will not return
