Brandon and Tony here are the best
2nd time going here, and both bad experiences. The staff simply can’t get a simple order right. 1st time I ordered a vanilla latte, and it came with no vanilla. The 2nd time they used the sugar-free vanilla, which tastes like medicine. I assume they do a half-assed job because they know folks are driving away. Will not patronize here again
Nice place
This is the third time I have attended this Starbucks in the last couple of months and had a terrible experience. The drive through is a great convenience but the coffee and service is horrible. Today was the third time that I was told that the “computer system is down” and I would have to pay in cash. This is not a problem however, your Starbucks rewards points cannot be scanned, gift cards cannot be used AND a receipt cannot be given. I stopped going to the Midland Park location with drive thru I wasn’t happy with a particular employee working the drive thru, now I come to this location and I’ve been very happy with my experiences, I order online I never wait super long and the staff is always friendly.
