I love Starbucks but this location was terrible!! I’ve went to this location multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m dissatisfied!! The drinks are never made correctly even my 10 year noticed the difference !! Truly terrible and disgusting.
I made an order online and went to the drive thru. As I drove up and tell the person that I had an online order, he proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that I need to give them more time to make it. I relied by telling him that I’ve never been told that and will it be an issue to complete my order. When I drove up to the window, he stated that he was just telling me and that I could speak to the supervisor. I thought this was extremely rude, unprofessional, and distasteful to say to a customer.
