This is the Starbucks that makes me never want to spend money at this company again. Trash employees so the service is nonexistent. At this point imma get my free drink and I’ll be deleting the app. Completely turned off
There’s a black lady that worked Friday June 13tg the barista was very rude and skipped me in line gave a lot of attitude very unprofessional if it wasn’t for the Indian girl I would have still been waiting for my order
Not sure why, but the customer service at most Starbucks has really depreciated in quality. It takes so long to get your drink, the barista’s take their time, are often conversing with coworkers and don’t always get the drink, right. You have to do better Starbucks… I’m paying almost $10 for your fancy lattes!
