Very slow and bad service, there were two employees and only one working to make the drinks who was in no rush at all the other employee was just eating around while there were people waiting for there orders. Besides the lack of efficiency. They got my order wrong. I ordered an iced matcha and was handed a hot drink that said hot matcha. I was in a rush, and it already took a long time to make the wrong drink so I took it regardless of the temperature. When I took a sip it turned out to be coffee.
The lady working was really nice but it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink. She didn’t really seem to be in a rush either. She was the only one working. It would be a smart idea to have at least 2 employees working in the morning.
The girl with the short hair stinks so bad. How does one even get a job smelling like that?!? She also kept messing up my order and the other girl had to come and fix it.
Whoever was the barista on 2/12/2026 @ noon. Worst baristas ever, worst coffee I've ever gotten at starbucks. I can't go back after this
