We are told to "order through the app or wait" when there's only four people in line that have already been waiting for over 20 minutes without any service. All because they're not choosing to work it's my punishment to now wait on them???

Today I made my daily run in between classes to grab a coffee and a sandwich. I asked for a cup of water and they told me they no longer give out cups of water. When I asked why they said they don’t want to give away free cups. You’re telling me I pay 13+ dollars for a small coffee and a small sandwich and you can’t give me a 0.03 cent cup with tap water !
