Literally never leave unsatisfied! 10/10 customer service! My order is literally always a hit specially at THIS Starbucks. They never fail. And I’m never in line too long. If I was rich I’d buy everyone in there a house. Ugh 10/10 again
I’ve had two separate bad experiences at this Starbucks — once on 12/21 and again on 12/26, so this isn’t a one-time issue. Both visits involved poor customer service and incorrect drinks. Orders were either made wrong or didn’t match what was requested, and when brought up, the response from staff felt rushed and dismissive rather than apologetic or helpful.
