This Starbucks is so hit or miss with product and service, which doesn’t make me want to waste my time or money on some version of the drink I ordered … something they think I should have but definitely not what I ordered for $10. Especially frustrating when they are not busy!!! But shame on me for coming back!

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie got the bag and it had a cake pop in it but the label said chocolate chip cookie. I ordered a hot americano and it came out cold, in a hot cup but they topped the shots off with cold water. My son ordered a water and it took 30 minutes to come up after reminding them 3 times. This place has the absolute worst employees working here that have no clue what they are doing.
Nice baristas, but when ordered breakfast sandwiches barista took out of plastic so I have to use right away. Mentioned do not heat and keep in packaging.
