Great customer service everything is clean and organized every time I go in there
I usually love coming to Starbucks because it’s such a welcoming, positive environment, but unfortunately my experience today was affected by an employee named Kay. She came across as rude and unapproachable, which was disappointing. If someone isn’t happy, it really shows, and it can impact the customer experience. How do you mess up a caramel Frappuccino so horribly? It tasted like nothing. No toppings. Also the store had like 3 customers and they take forever to make drinks. Stop flirting with random women and make the damn drink.
