Six people working and 3-4 of is waiting for our online orders. I received a message that mine was ready but only the egg bites were there. I didn't see anyone over in the area working on the (standard hot) coffee. No problem, I'll just ask. Except, I tried to catch the attention of multiple people who were actively avoiding my gaze and visual wave of the hand and anile. I walked over to the order area. Individual there also avoided me. I purchased 2 drinks and told cashier at window in drive thru that I wanted to use 60 stars for $2.00 off he said ok, and than still charged me full price. I than said something so he got a lady to help him but all she did was say there’s nothing she can do other than refunding me and ringing me up all over but that I would have to wait several days to get my total refund. I told her no and she asked if I got my drinks I said yes and that was it. I won’t return to this location ever!!
