I asked the staff if they had a restroom after purchasing a coffee, and the barista told me that they did not. While I was there, I noticed that there actually was a restroom, so I asked why she had told me there wasn’t one. She explained that it was currently out of order. Very disappointing experience, especially as a frequent customer. With several orders piling up, the second employee chose to go wash dishes instead of helping with the one with dark red hair with the drinks. When the employee returned, she began making orders for customers who came after me. I reminded the employee that my iced caramel protein matcha needed protein cold foam, but she proceeded to make a refresher that was ordered after mine.
