I ordered five drinks from this store and three were Cinnamon Dolce Lattes, and they gave me gingerbread lattes instead. Mistakes happen, but when I went back to the store to get it corrected, the attitude I got from the entire staff—including the manager—was unbelievable. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was lying about the mistake. One employee even said, “Just give it to him, I don’t know if he paid or whatever,” right in front of me. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only they were rude but the drinks I ordered were so bad. I have order Starbucks all my life but never had this problem. How can you messed up a coffee order? How? And messed up two times ? With three drink !!! Very frustrating to see and taste. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.
The absolute worst Starbucks in all the 5 borough!! The blk server with dreads was more worried about his co-worker squirting whip cream in a cup for him to eat with his pointer finger in front of customers than making the nasty tasting drink he finally prepared for me. I’m a bit disappointed @ the fact I wasn’t acknowledge as a customer. So I walked in and I was looking to see what I wanted order standing a few feet away from the register so they knew I wasn’t ready yet to order. Even standing there there was no greeting no welcome, I figure in there defense they are keeping things clean, whipping things down. Mind you no one was near the register.
