IRMA is who helped me and she is exceptional! I never say someone that helpful and answers all questions with a warm heart and without make you feel stupid like others. I have Starbucks every other day and first time at this location! She is amazing ! Hire more like IRMA ♥️♥️♥️
This location is horrible !! It takes 15 minutes in the drive thru to get your coffee…. And that’s IF they get your order right the first time!
I’m writing this review to get the owner/management’s attention - You need to train your staff better. I had a hard time ordering at the drive through, my order consisted of one iced shaken espresso, sub classic with blonde espresso and sub classic syrup with sugar free caramel - I had to repeat myself 3 times and in the end I was asked whether this is ice or hot -_- (it’s…ICED shaken espresso, they don’t make it hot).
