The negative reviews here about the snarky employees here is very accurate. I'm hearing disabled but I can usually hear from a Starbucks drive thru speaker. This store is next to a toll road so extremely loud. When I asked a question about a drink they couldn't hear me, when I pulled up they were rude and wouldn't take my order, instead asking me to go back thru the drive thru. When I went inside I was lectured about drive thrus and they're convenient for them.....smh. Kaitlin needs to go back to training and figure life out... read more
This is by far my favorite Starbucks! Close to my house and my drink is always perfect. JOY is my favorite barista!
Not sure on the name of the cashier checking in my app order at the order screen as well as the pickup window but she immediately had a rude tone and didn’t respond when I said thanks. Made me feel very awkward next to my partner who was in the car with me and also believed it was odd
