My complaints aren’t like the rest. This store is usually good about getting my drink out quick… but it seems like it’s at a cost. Every time, and I mean every time I stop here on my way to work, the drinks are not good. They are consistently bad, and I don’t know exactly why. When I go to other Starbucks and order the same thing, the other Starbucks seem to get the drink right. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for my mobile. Never answered the speaker to take my name or order. Had to pull around to the window, only to find her taking an order. My drink had melted and they put it back in the blender rather than remaking it, and gave me a melt Frappuccino. Worst service from a Starbucks ever. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I was a hot mess this morning and messed my online order up, they were so nice in helping me get it taken care of!
Coffee was perfect.
