The young man with the loops in his ears was exceptional. He was so nice to our family and overheard it was someone’s birthday and was just making everyone very happy as they came through. So very much appreciated!

Starbucks seems to think people will come in for more healthy drinks and drive up business. What they really need to do is remind the employees that work at any store but this one in general, the reason they have a job is because there are customers. Customers don't care to be scolded for ordering their drinks wrong. They like to be thanked when they make their order and pick up their drinks much like Starbucks used to do in the 90s!
