never have a bad experience here. really great service!!
Pretty disappointed and upset. I am a frequent visitor to this location and received my drink this morning in a stained cup (no biggie). However, I am under the impression now that the cup may have been reused because my lid came off and my hot drink spilled on me. Called the store and just requested that they taken precautions and check the lids and the young lady didn’t apologize or seem concerned. Now I have to clean my car due the mess and deal with irritated skin.
