My order is often incorrect. I paid for two coffees, but I was only given one. When I pointed it out, the employee went back to the register and asked the cashier to confirm my order, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The staff seemed like a bunch of kids and came across as rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered a pistachio cortado, and the experience was very disappointing. The barista who made the drink wasn’t wearing a Starbucks uniform, just regular street clothes, which already felt unprofessional. When I asked for two pumps of pistachio to make it sweeter, he added simple syrup instead. He made the same mistake with both my cortado and my partner’s cortado and didn’t offer to remake either drink. Overall, the drinks felt rushed and poorly made. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
