I’m genuinely really mad. I was very excited because I hardly ever spoil myself to this drink that is like my specialty I love to get when I’m trying to put myself in a good mood, and my boyfriend goes to pick it up for me and it’s white. It is milk with caramel drizzle. Literally an iced caramel milkshake. No coffee. Not even a hint. This is disgusting. How do you work at a coffee shop and forget the coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. Also out $9 for milk and caramel. Real sweet.
My coffee is completely wrong and horrible. Train your baristas.
Avoid going here if you can, the service isn't great. The Barnes and Noble Starbucks down the street has friendlier employees and is much less busy.
