I recognize this location.It has been closed for over a year now. The location was bought by Kroger (Carytown) plans for a Kroger gas station.
Hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been too. The staff were so friendly, so warm and service was very fast. I was impressed by the bulletin board that shared important resources and local events. Thanks for making my birthday coffee special

I recently had bad service at a Starbucks at the Omni hotel downtown Richmond around 12:55 PM and normally Starbucks starts my day but because of the bad service and wrong order and this particular Starbucks stated that they can’t give us a receipt because they ran out of Receipt paper and they could not scan my phone for my points and also gave me the wrong order with my name on it.
