Quick service and clean place.
I recently had bad service at a Starbucks at the Omni hotel downtown Richmond around 12:55 PM and normally Starbucks starts my day but because of the bad service and wrong order and this particular Starbucks stated that they can’t give us a receipt because they ran out of Receipt paper and they could not scan my phone for my points and also gave me the wrong order with my name on it.
