I always uber eat from this store to my work place. My drinks with whipped cream never comes with a straw. How am I supposed to drink it?

The manager (seemed like a manager - a tall African or African American guy) is super rude. I used to frequent and actually love this location. They will not have my business again
Regular Starbucks customer here and this is literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Always order ahead at least 10 minutes. Today was no different. Got to the store 10 minutes after I ordered and they hadn’t even put in my breakfast order yet. Coffee was sitting there made, and until we said something to the staff member, she never put them in the oven. Now it’s 12 minutes while she tries to figure out how to cancel my order.
