I ordered a Venti Iced Doppio Espresso with customizations (soy, oatmilk, heavy cream, matcha, etc.), but the drink I received was extremely underfilled — barely over half the cup. For the price of a Venti, I expect the cup to be properly filled, especially when there’s no request for “extra room.” This feels like I paid for a full drink but only got part of what I ordered.
