I want to report a hostile interaction with the store manager at 1971 86th St . He behaved unprofessionally, used his phone against me, and tried to intimidate me. This escalating behavior was entirely uncalled for, as I only asked to use the customer restroom.
Slow. Ordered an iced tea and it took them 15 minutes to get it to me. There were three people on staff and one of them kept talking to some other girl.
Overall, the service is way too slow. They really could use some extra staffing. Furthermore my chai tea latte was not good. I wish they stuck with teavana tea instead of not having high-quality tea.
Music is too loud and too much ice in drinks
