My husband visits this location regularly on the weekends to grab me my favorite coffee. Today, August 3, 2025, he received the absolute best customer service from a young man working there. I don’t know his name, but he truly stood out with his warm, professional demeanor and incredible attention to detail. Polite, speedy service!
Was excited that they finally had another vegan option, so I ordered the spicy falafel wrap. Unfortunately served something completely different and bit into a wrap filled with meat and dairy. My most disgusting Starbucks experience and my stomach has been messed up since. Refund was given, but they didn't seem to care that they messed it up in the first place.
