Went this morning, Kelly was my barista, she was very inconsiderate and was rushing me to take my order even though I just arrived. I was so rushed me and my group were unable to get what we wanted before we were pushed along, with only 1 car behind us who had just arrived. When we got to the window she dint even say hello and just rudely handed me the food. As a former barista myself this is not how your customers deserve to be treated.
I’m not surprised that they only have restroom use for customers, but the Barista was soooo dang rude! I left and went to another location who I purchased from and also used the restroom. Please teach your employees to not be rude. As a customer of Starbucks I’ve probably spent thousands of dollars and I’m shocked at how rude this girl was to me.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. They gave me the wrong drink in my DoorDash order. When we called the store, they acknowledged that they made the mistake but told us to just contact DoorDash for a refund instead of offering to remake the drink. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t even an apology for the error.
