Terrible slow service. Orders mismanaged. Lots of pick up orders ready and waiting for people who do not show for 30 minutes but walk in customers wait 30 minutes to get a simple small latte. Next time call ahead...frustrating.
I miss the chestnut praline!!
Very upset!! I waited roughly about 30 minutes for my order, barista was unhelpful and I was late to work :(
