How come every ingredient is always out of stock, and then you charge me for cold foam regardless. Makes zero sense, don’t get your drinks here.

This Starbucks location needs significantly better management and staff oversight. On multiple occasions, I have observed employees scratching their hair and touching their faces without washing their hands, then immediately handling cups and preparing drinks, which is unsanitary and concerning. I have also seen a barista wearing AirPods and deliberately ignoring customers, which comes across as unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Went there today and was trying to place an order at 7:45pm and while on her personal phone, I was told there were closed already, but its posted everywhere that they close at 8pm. The lady was rude when I told her its early and she shrugged her shoulders that she didnt care. The entire section dedicated to Starbucks was dirty and unkept. The two tables each had only one chair to sit, just disturbing experience all around.

Everytime i come here they supposedly closing its an excuse to not take people orders I dont Understand don yall need or want customers to purchase? Its run by young teens who seem not to care about the store.

The people and service here are absolutely disgusting, rude, unaccommodating, nasty, obnoxious, unpleasant, and every other adjective you can think of.
