This was my first time at this Starbucks. It was very nice and they were very friendly. It’s a bigger Starbucks inside with vaulted ceilings, which makes it seem spacious, but I like the options of the chairs and tables and of course the delicious drinks.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I asked for a simple drink modification: pecan syrup in my cold foam instead of vanilla for my Iced Americano, as needed for a lower sugar content instead of vanilla AND pecan syrup. As someone who has worked at Starbucks, I know this is entirely possible, it would require my cold foam to be made fresh and not utilize the premade one in their refrigerator, but it is not a difficult request. Very disappointed, I usually stop at this friendly store order a latte for the road. Yesterday, I brought in my Starbucks cup and was told that they can't rinse out cups anymore?? Really. I went to the washroom and rinsed it out. If this is a store wide rule, it's ridiculous. I probably should have left. People are struggling at the best of times, a little kindness goes a long way.
