Unfortunately this morning I had a horrible experience here because an employee woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was leaving my hotel in the same parking lot as this Starbucks. I ordered my drink, drove over and noticed no cars in the drive thru. So I went up to speaker, heard one moment. I said okay but thought why no one is even in line. I understand the foot traffic this place gets but this is the worst starbucks. The employees are rude and constantly messing up orders. Making you “pay” for their mess ups. Ive worked in the outlets going on 10yrs and it seems to just decline every year! They are not apologetic for their mistakes what so ever and give attitude every time. Something seriously needs to change with this staff!!
literally a terrible starbucks. service is horrible, they never have anything, and when we requested a refund since they rung us up for items they did not have we were not given our full refund and they still received a tip despite their poor service. i really hope this location improves and maybe gets more inventory in the future.
