Horrible service from the woman with tattoos and black hair. I ordered a chai tea latte. Very watered down with no Chai flavor. I went back to ask for it to be remade. She was rude and stated I made it the same way I did the last one. She doesn't need to work there if she can't be kind to customers. No one gets it right all of the time. Which is understandable. But a nasty attitude and rudeness is not the way to go. Ill never go back to this location.
Rude management
Definitely doesn’t open when they say they do .. bc i pulled in right before whoever was opening today . I drive a hour to work & this is the only Starbucks to stop at without going out of my way .. so definitely was disappointed . Please update yalls hours or something bc i would have went out my way this morning seeing as i clock in at 5 am
