Typically, I would only have nice things to say about this location. I live in Burnett and I’ve never had issues. The team is typically very kind and warm however, a member of the staff (curly red hair.) Was very out of line and quite rude. I ordered a new Uber drink, and believe that I had gotten it wrong for it had no color or taste, I go there more than regularly and this morning was met with attitude and just a very unpleasant experience overall. Love our new store. They have the friendliest staff and the drinks are top notch.
Takes a while
I called in an order and the parking lot was pure ice. A lovely employee walked my coffee to me on the ice!! Great costumer service !!
