Very petty, they make it seem like they are adding a full carton of half & half when you ask to add it to you drink, and they want to up charge you, but the amount they add is so little because of all the ice, and they don't even leave the half & half out. And then she asks, "You want "extra ice"? Irritating and petty, and then the machine asks for a tip. Won't be going back to starbucks in a while, I forget how inconsistent they are with their drinks, and this branch stinks with customer service.
Starbucks. Predictable and consistent. The associate seemed stressed but ended the order with a smile and some warmth
