The CEO has an income that is 6,666x median worker income. The largest pay gap between CEOs and employees in the S&P 500. Yet the company refuses to negotiate with the employees whose labor built the wealth of the company, in an economic time where working people can barely pay rent or feed themselves.
Avoid this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter or this certain employee !!! I was there today (10/02/2025) between 9:30-11am, the employee was so rude and unprofessional! The employee was a white lady, probably in her 40s or 50s. There was a customer that ordered her drinks, just a regular order, nothing was out of ordinary but this employee looked so mad, she didn’t even ask the customer if she wanted her receipt or not then proceeded to rip if off right in front of the customer and tossed it in the trash can. Serenity was awful. She wasn't owning atten during the order when it was only 1 drink. An iced mocha, I asked her not to make the white mocha it happens alot. She was going to give us a hot mocha latte. I told her no I had said iced. She then asked me what goes in it! She argued with me. Then I told her to make the iced. Ordered on the app ahead, supposed to be ready by 4:33 p.m., was really ready at 4: 39pm because the girl with aqua hair and piercings was hanging in the corner with her boyfriend talking. Didn't pay attention to my order until I stood at the counter staring at them. The boyfriend looked at me and told her. This is bad for customers who want service.
Ordered a tea latte and I they made me a plain tea. Also this map description says drive through and it is definitely INSIDE the store.
